Day 1: ZURICH ARRIVAL
Arrive in Zurich and transfer to your hotel. Zurich is located in the heart of Europe. A multicultural place, full of attractive leisure activities, nature, shopping, culture, in addition to having a fabulous nightlife and being considered the city with the best quality of life in the world. Day 2: ZURICH
In the morning you enjoy a sightseeing tour of Zurich, its main monuments, such as the Grossmünster cathedral, the Fraumünster church, the St. Peterskirche church, the train station and the shopping avenue, a place of great prominence regarding watches, jewelry, and designer labels and the famous Höhenstraße street, which offers wonderful views of the Alps and Lake Zurich. Stop at Rapperswil, the city of roses, located at the upper end of Lake Zurich. All types and colors of this beautiful flower adorn the city’s public areas and its three rose gardens. On the way back, a beautiful Lake Zurich cruise awaits you (without a guide). Relax on the boat while enjoying the beautiful scenery that unfolds along the way. Arrival at Zürich-Bürkliplatz. Day 3: ZURICH > LUCERNE > MOUNT TITLIS > INTERLAKEN
Departure to Lucerne. A brief visit to the city and free time to stroll. Lucerne is located on the banks of Lake Lucerne and is considered the gateway to central Switzerland. It is inserted in an impressive panorama of mountains, with several attractions, souvenir shops, and watches. A charming atmosphere. At noon continue the trip to Engelberg, located in an extensive mountain valley, about 1000 meters above sea level. Visit Mount Titlis and its glacier with the Rotair rotating cable car. At a height of 3,020 m, you will enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the Central Alps, an impressive mountain panorama, different restaurants with sunny terraces, an ice cave, and the impressive Titlis Cliff Walk suspension bridge. Continue to Interlaken, located at the foot of the Jungfrau mountain. This city is in the Bernese Oberland, on an alluvial plain, between the Thun and Brienz lakes. Meals: B. Day 4: INTERLAKEN > BERN > GRUYERES > GENEVA
Departure from Interlaken by the lake of Thun to reach Bern, a city located next to the river Aare overlooking the Alps. Few cities have managed to maintain their historic features as well preserved as Bern, the capital of Switzerland. The historic center of this city has entered the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It also boasts Europe’s longest covered shopping boardwalks, truly a unique place. After visiting the city, we will continue to Gruyères, an idyllic town that seems to have emerged directly from the Middle Ages with its impressive medieval castle. Day 5: GENEVA > MONTREUX > ZERMATT
Today enjoy a panoramic tour of Geneva. Located in the far east of Switzerland, this city has a lot to offer. Discover the European headquarters of the UN and places like the Grand Théâtre and the Geneva Opera House. Then travel to Lausanne and Montreux, passing the majestic Chillon Castle, located on a rock on the shores of Lake Geneva, it is the most visited historic building in Switzerland. For almost four centuries, Chillon was the residence and profitable customs station of the Counts of Savoy. Free time in Montreux, a combination of city, mountains, vineyards, and the shores of Lake Geneva, form a postcard landscape. A true piece of paradise, which has seduced artists, writers, and travelers, who seek natural beauty, tranquility, and inspiration. In the afternoon you explore the Rodano river valley as far as Täsch. From here you continue by narrow gauge train to Zermatt, nestled at the foot of mighty Mount Matterhorn. Meals: B, D. Day 6: ZERMATT > NUFENEN PASS > ZURICH
Free morning to enjoy the city. Walkthrough the narrow streets, designed by buildings, that seem to have come out of a fairy tale, now the only concern is to breathe the fresh mountain air, enjoy the local architecture and try the Swiss cuisine. Here the excursion possibilities are almost limitless. You can take an optional excursion to the Gornergrat: Europe’s tallest outdoor rack train departs from Zermatt towards the sunny Gornergrat observation platform, 3,089 meters above sea level, accessible all year round. In the afternoon, return to Täsch, where you will board a bus towards the impressive Nufenen Pass to Airolo. Return to Zurich. Arrive in Zurich at the train station or at the hotel at 6:30 pm (depending on traffic conditions). Meals: B
